2K Filler – stable repair before painting

2-component filler is used when repair areas need to be permanently and stably closed. After mixing with the hardener, a firm, dimensionally stable compound is created that holds reliably even on stressed components. After curing, the surface can be sanded smooth and forms a resilient base for the subsequent paint application.

Compared to conventional fine filler, 2K filler offers significantly higher strength and is particularly suitable for small to medium damage.

Typical applications

• Chipped edges on doors or frames
• Deep scratches and chips in painted surfaces
• Damaged window frames
• Repair areas on painted wood or metal components

Tip

We recommend a mixing ratio of approx. 10:1 (filler to hardener). Mix the compound thoroughly and evenly before application.
The higher the hardener content, the faster the filler cures – therefore we recommend careful dosing.

After complete curing, sand smooth and clean dust-free before painting. Not suitable for flexible substrates or wall surfaces.
