Wood Stain - "Basic" Set

The Basic Set is perfect for anyone who wants to varnish and refresh their balcony, garden furniture, or other wooden elements outdoors.

It contains all the basic materials you need to get started right away and give your wood protection, color, and resistance again. Together, the included products ensure an even, beautiful surface and a significant upgrade of your outdoor areas – and at the same time reliably protect them from weather influences for the coming time.

The set includes:

• Wood Varnish (750ml) - For protecting and refreshing wooden elements outdoors - gives color, highlights grain, and protects from weather

• 1x Tesa (19mm x 50m) - For clean and sharp edges when varnishing
• 1x Tesa incl. masking paper - Protects floors, patio slabs, surfaces, or garden areas from varnish drips and soiling
• 1x Varnish brush - For even application of the varnish
• Sandpaper P120 - For sanding wooden surfaces such as balcony wood, garden furniture, or fence slats

Extras:

• Stirring stick - for even stirring of the varnish

💡Tip:

Apply the varnish in two thin coats rather than one thick one. This way, it will soak evenly into the wood, preventing runs and resulting in a much nicer surface. Let the first coat dry thoroughly and lightly sand it if necessary before applying the second.

If your wooden elements are only slightly weathered and you want a quick, easy refresh, the Basic Set is perfectly equipped. However, if you need more comfort while working and want to process more surfaces more efficiently, it's worth taking a look at our Comfort Set. There you will find accessories, among other things, that significantly simplify varnishing.
