Deep Primer for Interiors (1 L private filling) – The Ideal Base for Even Coatings

Deep primer for interiors is used to solidify highly absorbent, sandy, or chalking substrates and to optimally prepare them for further work. It is particularly often used when old paint or plaster layers are detaching. In this case, all loose components should first be carefully removed. The deep primer is then applied to the affected area and the adjacent area to strengthen the substrate again.

Furthermore, deep primer regulates the absorbency of the substrate and improves the adhesion of subsequent coatings such as paint, filler, or wallpaper paste. This results in an even coating and reduces material consumption.

Typical Applications

• Chalking or sandy wall and ceiling surfaces
• Areas with peeling old paint after removing loose layers
• Gypsum plaster and lime cement plaster
• Concrete and masonry
• Plasterboard and skimmed surfaces
  

💡 Tip:

The substrate should be dry, clean, and free of dust and loose components. Apply the deep primer evenly with a brush or roller and allow it to dry completely (ideally 12 hours or more) before applying further coatings. This optimally regulates the absorbency of the substrate and achieves an even final result.
